A) Small Planner - Large Calendar - Release Schedule -
Contingency Plan For filming Days.
If our interviewer cancels on the day we will go going to film b - roll and we are going to edit whatever footage we have On the day.
If the weather isn't good enough to film which should never really effect us however if it is raining and we need to go about town we will contact wherever we are going and let them now that we cannot come. and we will be editing whatever footage we had.
If our footage isn't up to standard on the day we will take out cameras the next day and get int contact with the people we filmed with and asking them to redo the footage for us.
If the busses are cancelled or we cannot take equipment out we have planned to record the voice over for our documentary.

Evaluation - Of our chosen Pitch. Throughout the pitch we had these slides up behind us as this is the feedback of the slides and what we could of done to change them and help us back up our pitch
We had no feedback for the opening slide Everyone thought it went well with our idea
The feedback for this section of the pitch was to make the idea clearer by adding stages like part 1 part 2 and part 3
There was no feedback for this slide as we just showed clips of the shows that where similar to ours
We bottled this part of the pitch as we where both nervous so they said we needed to make this clearer and gives us some hard evidence as to why they should watch our documentary
This slide we didnt say anything we just let people watch out documentary
During this slide we spoke about why the documentary is worth watching and why people should watch it
Our financial plan is very simple as we dont need to spend money on anyhting apart from busses
We mentioned are target audience and why they would be our target audience we could of evaluated a bit more on the target audience

We made all of these Storyboards - scripts and - set designs to help us to be organised about the documentary so we can film it all within the two week space that we have to film and edit the documentary. Another reason that we made all of these things is for health and safety reasons. For example with the set designs we know where everything is now becuase of it so incase of a fire or an emergency we know where the exits are.
We made a script so we know our timings and we can manipulate our interviewers answers to what we want them to say so it fits our documentary better.
